I was at Burscough game and very entertaining it was… but bloody freezing! Re: Spennymoor P-P

I suppose hiring a plumber is akin to making a loan signing, and is therefore sick and wrong. Imagine what borrowing someone in would do for the morale of the employees already at the club - just because none of them are physically fit or able to fix the problem it doesn't mean they shouldn't be as...

Re: Club should be sold in the summer

Possibly a more realistic way of moving forward would involve co operation between the LA with the aim of improving sports/leisure facilities for the community combined with investment from a nationally known business willing to commit in order to gain the benefit of good publicity being attached to...

Re: Liam Interview 21st January

Hmmm the timeline as I see it:- 1. The club announce Cam Mason loan to Guiseley. 2. Angry reaction on social media. 3. LW interview to explain clubs position and states Cam will return. 4. Club announce Cam Mason permanent move to Guiseley. 5. Angry reaction on social media. 6. Cam Mason explains h...

Re: Southport 1-2 AFC Fylde - Match Thread

We played well, but struggled to create enough clear cut chances. A bit unlucky to not get a point as the effort was there. No issues with the pen or the ref today and they missed a few guilt edged chances in the second half. Need to sort the floodlights in the college corner. Two bulbs is not acce...

Re: Southport P-P Boston United

Fair enough but i still think this is all a bit of an over reaction to a postponed game. Im not sure what our ‘reputation’ is with other individual clubs but if its ‘stained’ forever by such things…well i guess we’ll have to live with it as presumably do other clubs for various ‘ misdemeanours’. I s...

Re: Southport P-P Boston United

It's quite simple really, every match should have a cut off time dictated by the League where a decision has to be communicated to the opposition, postponements after this time should mean that the host club forfeits the game and pays the opposition teams costs. Ian Kyle was very quick to slate Bly...
