Never liked Everton or Liverpool, Remember the FAcup tie when Gordon West was in near tears the battering he took. Ball's fist at the Scarisbrick end showed how relieved they were at nicking tbe win.

Re: Gloucester City
It's funny because the older I get, the less grudge I have. Whereas growing up, my old man said I'm not allowed to like Liverpool and Marine, hahaha.
Whereas now, I look at Liverpool with envy and wish we had the engagement of Marine (though I'm sure that will change now with BHG).
Grudges don't get anyone in life, Gloucester Man. Let it go.
Love, not hate, man.

The only club I ever hate is the opposition on the day of a match.

I was born long before you were and I still have no idea what he's talking about, however Gordon West played for Everton 1962 to 1973 so apparently this incident happened over half a century ago!PortDan1121 wrote: ↑Thu Nov 16, 2023 11:29 pmI was born in 2001 pal, so nah, I don’t.Gloucester man wrote: ↑Thu Nov 16, 2023 11:18 pmNever liked Everton or Liverpool, Remember the FAcup tie when Gordon West was in near tears the battering he took.
