Coalville, Leiston, Nuneaton and Rushall
Bracknell, Truro, Poole and Chesham

Looks like we will gain one from the NLS (Oxford City most likely unless they go up, but could be Braintree, St Albans or Hemel Hempstead - or possibly Bishop's Stortford as the promoted side from the Isthmian Premier) with 3/4 of the relegated sides being very Southern. South Shields and Tamworth we definetly welcome to the NLN and the play off winners from the NPL and SPC.

South Shields are in the process of hiring a new manager after Kevin Phillips retired. Their statement suggests going for a more 'sustainable model', whether that means they won't throw as much money at it as previous years remains to be seen.

Warrington/Gainsborough have been two of the standouts from NPL. Warrington look solid from back to front with their experience and quality from divisions above - would only need a tweak of a few additions to be a force in NLN.

In the past, yes but there’s no reason as the 2nd placed team and a good home record they can’t win them this season. Matlock at home on Tuesday then the winners of the other tie between Bamber Bridge & Gainsborough* in the Final

*They did lose at home to Gainsborough earlier in the season though!

I can tell you that both Chippenham Town and Oxford City are prime candidates for NLN and both clubs are aware of that fact.

Yes, there’s a chance. Got the ball to feet often, was trusted to make his own decisions and a clinical finish for the fourth. He has support from midfield and a striker who wins most balls up front to play off. I was chuffed to congratulate Connor tonight because he’s a great lad whose talent was overlooked at Haig Avenue. He’s enjoying his football in a team that knocks it about with players who are allowed to improvise and they had the match won by half time.

It was rubbish. They got it in the wrong areas (to feet) and overpowered Matlock by working the ball into scoring areas and finishing clinically. What good is that? Where’s the strife? Where’s the bundle ball we get at Haig Avenue? Imagine taking a throw in to the nearest player and letting him make his own decision about what to do with the ball? Connors a player but now he’s not instructed to put it into an area so is enjoying himself. He’s trusted. He’s appreciated. It was lovely to see.

Rushall play on a plastic pitch, we already have a fair few of those and Tamworth have one from next season. Therefore would choose Nuneaton.

Torquay relegated into the National League South (West), where Dover stayed up as both they and Dulwich lost, but Dover had a better goal difference of -26 vs -28
