I'm sure somebody else must have been involved in that goal.

From the video it would appear he's swapped bottles, by climbing over the wall and reaching through the net, rather than urinating in the goalkeepers own bottle.

Former 'Port flop Nathan Lowe signs for Macclesfield on loan. He's been lucky to get a gig at that level if Kiddy fans' opinions are to be believed.
And on the 6th day, God created Jim Bentley.

Not a former player but Finlay Heath scored for AFC Liverpool as they came from 3-0 down to beat Lower Breck 4-3 in the Senior Cup.

FIFA World Cup site acknowledges Marcus Rashford's 2nd goal of the Wales game this week as being England's 100th goal in England's FIFA World Cup history. England's 1st-ever World Cup goal was scored by Stan Mortensen mentioned earlier. Stan "guested" for Wales in a war time international vs England.

Watching Japan v Croatia reminded me of Port’s only Japanese player: Kenny Takano (I may not have spelled that correctly), about 20 years ago. He was a full back/winger IIRC.

I think that he was a post grad student at Liverpool.

Whatever became of him?

The last I heard was in 2008 he was working in Tokyo and had stopped playing at the age of 32.

I've tried unsuccessfully to find him. I contacted someone at a university in Tokyo with the same name...but had no response.
