Re: Southport 1-0 Leamington - Match Thread

So easy for the soft geezer. Just casually opened the gate by the home end goal and ran onto the pitch. Someone in the crowd probably knows who the idiot was. Maybe the club should put up a reward of a free hospitality pass for a game, to the first person to pass his name onto the Police & the ...

Interesting, Dan.

Is the current 'club' not the same, or descended from the same, legal entity?

I recall someone (LW?) say that the club doesn’t appeal as it costs a lot and is rarely successful.

I am Liam watson biggest crictic right now, however let's give the guy some credit for the experience, work, and being in the game along time, his biggest asset in my opinion is finding raw talent ,and selling some of them on a making a few bob for the club, I hope this continues after he has stepped ...

He hasn't shown anything so far has he?

On a different matter, something showing SFC in a good light and it is directed at the SFC staff at the game. To the member of SFC staff that came over and spoke to a female BFC fan near the dugouts, about Cams injury. Not only was I impressed with you taking the time to come over and have a word, ...

Re: Banbury 3-1 Southport - Match Thread

Ian and Liam did not promise instant success. IIRC the strategy was to sign young players with promise and those seeking a second chance, and over time build a strong squad.

Re: Transfer Rumours

Richard Brodie still scores 20-25 a season at this level. Why are we not looking to bring in a club icon playing at a lower level, who still scores goals at this level? I just don't understand Liam Watson. And I don’t understand this post. Attempt at humour I believe, RF. It was wasted on me.

I hesitate to add to this discourse, but from the bit of video that I’ve seen, a Blackpool fan threw a barrier. Maybe he was one of the banned people. Ian’s interview helped, but really there is no independent public domain account of what happened, contributory factors, who was involved, what were ...

Re: Southport 1-0 Darlington - Match Thread

Getting back to the actual game, highlights with commentry from the other side of the ground, as provided by Darlington https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AHR484l2B1g I had to turn the commentary off, but otherwise it was an excellent piece of work. The red card seemed a little harsh. Can we have that...
