The popular side is not so popular...maybe it should be called the poplar side....A debate on this needed I think!!

Reckon nearer 600 as not a lot else to do and 2000 At anfield or Goodson won’t go far towards demand...
Other non league saw bigger crowds than usual previously.
Will depend on ticket allowances etc I suppose

Certainly agree re James’s positive work for the club.

After asking this AM on here my card arrived in post today...

It’s like he knew we’d be needing them quicker than expected....

Will be great to be back.

Anyone had their physical season tickets or memberships yet? I've not received anything and clearly we'll need something if the ground is reopened to us on matchdays.

Re: Fans at Sporting events. Up to 2000 in Tier 2

Interesting to see how the National League work it when there are member clubs across all three tiers. Seems unfair to allow fans at some venues and not others. I can't imagine a situation where some teams can have a few thousand in and others none. Imagine the financial fallout of this as well as ...

Re: How can Bristol City do this?

Agree. I've been to a few non elite games and not failed to be able to socially distance in grounds much smaller than ours. Most if not all spectators are abiding by the rules. What I really dont get is why we cant have at least 300 in yet somewhere like skem or burscough can. Makes absolutely no se...

Re: How can Bristol City do this?

According to the Mail on Sunday, yesterday Bristol City fans were allowed to eat in the club’s restaurant and bars while watching their home game with Swansea on TV screens. And Millwall did the same for their game with Barnsley. I thought we were told we couldn’t do this? Agree there are so many i...

Re: Southport 1-0 Chorley - Match Thread

Firstly, the game. I thought we worked hard deserved at least a draw and the win was deserved if only for the great save Hanford made in the second half - I was sure it was destined for the back of the net. Two areas I wish we would improve on - closing down just outside the box, I feel we always g...

Re: season Tickets

might be a silly question, can I still buy one?. I asked about joining the membership now and James answered ‘To open the membership back up would require an initial payment of £80-100 then £20 per month.” So presume season tickets would still be avaliable But would also be interested in streaming ...

Re: Go to the cinema!

In my book the Government lost the trust of the people and respect the day the Dominic Cummings drive to barnard castle came out. They could have addressed It but didn’t. that whole farce ended credibility amongst many and meant future full lockdowns are almost impossible to make work as well as bef...

I see some Hereford fans on their forum aren't very happy with the streaming service they got last night and have emailed the club asking for a refund whereupon they have been asked to provide proof about the quality of the service, I had some buffering issues early on but the last 30 minutes of th...

Re: Southport V Hereford - Match Thread

Tend to agree game wasn’t the best but saying that the weather was poor. Can’t really see it on stream but pretty wet and windy here. Unlucky to hit woodwork twice and it not go in but probably a fair and satisfactory result for both teams. Felt the idea to switch to you tube was a good one, althoug...

Mine worked absolutely flawlessly from the second the stream started to the second it ended. Not a single drop out. Only thing I can guess is that it's because I use a VPN. Mine was ok with vpn, only dropping out for few seconds occasionally. It’s not the same as being there....no mainstand moaning...

Re: Go to the cinema!

Feel like this is all we talk about recently but here we are again. Today Boris Johnson has started “encouraging” people to go to Cineworld (and indoor and enclosed space) in order to save their business. The absolute audacity of encouraging that but yet preventing non league football to have atten...
