Re: Season declared null and void
Correct decision and good to see common sense prevails. Does this also mean that the letters sent out by the League to us and other teams, about breaking the rules for refusing to play matches will now be null and void or will we still have to fight our cases so that we dont incur a points deduction...

Re: Season declared null and void
It stopped in January!
That was the main issue. Clubs got told that loans were only available not grants. This is why clubs refused to play. No Grant's, no income from crowds.

Awful news about George Newell's horrific double leg break. Great to hear that we will look after him & his family.
Another excellent, truthful and straight to the point interview from Liam.

SEASONPASS worked but it appeared all passwords had expired, so I just renewed mine as did some others I've spoken too. Good stream and no buffering.

Re: Southport v Torquay FA Trophy
The club has done the right thing - eventually. Needing the money or circumstances changing does not validate the unilateral disregard of the terms of a contract. No one would begrudge them the money, or fail to have sympathy with them in the current situation, but they do need to do it properly, a...

Re: Southport v Torquay FA Trophy
The club has done the right thing with this decision, so well done. We all understand the financial constraints the club are under but please remember you guys on here, not all supporters are rich either and are forking out £20 a month DD for a deal that said all cup matches were included back in Oc...

Statement from club this morning https://southportfc.net/torquay-match-details-resolution-vote/ I'm a little disappointed if I'm honest that Season ticket/Membership holders who have paid their direct debits every month for very little football have not been offered as a gesture of goodwill the matc...

Re: Southport 0 - 1 Farsley
Gary Brabin should be approached now before it’s too late. He has fire in his belly and that’s what we need. Dean Winnard should be assistant and Liam to remain as director. Great shout that. Would love Gary back. Some wouldn't though I know as they didn't like the way he left us in the past but th...

To be honest weve been doing the same since Brian Kettle days I seem to recall, Dave Gamble always took kick off and straight into touch as deep as he could.

Re: Gateshead V Southport - Match Thread
I dont think we played badly but Gateshead had a striker who was on fire. Very dodgy penalty for them. Plus we should of had one. 3-2 would of been a fairer result but Gateshead will be in the playoffs at the end of the season I reckon. Excellent stream and commentary I thought. Archer has to start....
