We don't charge for anything we do, but obviously some things do still have to be paid for! Please head over to the FPA website and have ...

That's a big problem for me RR...Not you in particular, but some Port fans soon appear to forget key situations that have arisen at SFC over the seasons.Whether that is deliberate or a convenience I'm not sure but it certainly seems to cloud some fans judgement. This is why history of any club shou...

Re: New Director

Three and a half months later and his directorship is still not registered at Companies House. The confirmation statement filed last week confirms that he wasn’t a director as at 13 June 2021. It also confirms that the previous secretery was still in post then. Is he still there and what has happene...

Steve Jennings, however. That’s the example you need to use of how bad signing an ex pro can be.

Wasn't last seasons excuse that we were a young side. So why are we replacing experience with youth? We start indifferently, have a moment when we look like the play offs are beckoning, before a series of disappointing results
Sounds a little bit like the 2011/12 season. Let’s hope the manager isn’t seen near a travel agent next March.

Re: Morecambe

Since he has gone, the club has had a winding up petition served against it by HMRC, that demonstrates the other side of the possibilities. Evidence for this statement, because I can't find one on Google. I can for Southend mind.... It was never officially advertised which means the debt was probab...

Just the 17 (seventeen) years to bed us into non league life then... You can wrap it any which way you want "Bobby", we as a football club didn't progress as it should have done. Communication and relations with the public of Southport overall within the town -nil. Hindsight and all that,...

He attempted it when he left or do you have a different view? No he didn’t, are you living on another planet? In my opinion he did, I live on planet earth like you we simply differ in are view. Luckily I know you are wrong. Some of those that really tried to wreck the club are still involved.

Re: Update from Ian Kyle

The match balls (and bench kit) cost is a bit of a red herring. The cost is taken out of the distribution given to each club from the league sponsorship pot. Provided the league is getting best value out of the deal (and why wouldn’t they given the league is owned by the clubs? - debatable I know) t...

It was a power trip for Mr Clapham in many ways he did some good in his early years but after that it was all about himself and his total contempt for the supporters. Re: Morecambe

After 34 years as Chairman and head honcho I wonder what Charlie Clapham thinks about this? Morecambe-a club we used to lock horns with on a regular basis. Will he reflect on a job well done? I know what I think... 4 years on since his bodged handover of control at SFC and the fall out still being ...
