Watched the second half of Marine and it was unlucky it went to ET. Not sure what riled the Colchester captain Pell, but he looked a pillock to me.

A thoroughly deserved result for Marine who played some very good football and were the better side for much of the match. Congratulations to them.

Today is the ten year anniversary of the Sheffield Wednesday game at Haig Ave.

I was flicking through games , but watched much of the second half and extra time I thought their ball retention and game management belied their status and they did an excellent job

Totally agree, they took full advantage of Wigan going down to 10 men, unfortunately, we didn't when it happened to Telford.

With no crowds, the FA Cup draw is all about getting a TV match or a winnable match for the money.
Only Barnet have a home match against a league team.
Marine have a home match against Havant, so decent chance for Marine.

It should be interesting to see Godfrey Poku (H&W's captain) back in these parts. However, he was sent off in the last round so may be ineligible for this one.

Having just looked this up, the rules were changed this season so yellow cards are specific to each competition but red cards apply across all competitions.
So I'd have assumed that Poku's red card on Sunday would have seen him suspended for H&W's next NLS match. However, he came on as sub last night in their match v Dulwich. Which suggests that 2 yellow card dismissals are treated differently to straight reds ( Poku received 2 yellows) and that he'll be suspended for their FA Cup tie v Marine. But who knows?

Chorley and Marine both have TV games.
