Lee Cain Southport Fan
The recently resigned Lee Cain is a Southport fan according to an article in the I. Just curious, any Port Chatters know him?

If you're on here Lee, can I borrow that Yellow chicken suit for the first away trip we can go on?

A Lee Cain was a regular passenger of mine to away matches in the late 1990s. Not sure if it's the same one though.

It is. I went to the same school as him.Tangled Up In Yellow wrote: ↑Thu Nov 12, 2020 11:22 pm A Lee Cain was a regular passenger of mine to away matches in the late 1990s. Not sure if it's the same one though.

I've often thought watching the 'Port can do terrible things to one's mind.
Re: Lee Cain Southport Fan
Lee was once of this parish back in the very early discserver days of this forum. I used to go to a lot of home and away matches with him, then he went to uni and stopped going (I remember him saying he had started watching Stoke City a bit). I lost contact with him, then saw him again in a pub beer garden in York prior to one of our games there a few years ago, and that is the last I've known him to watch us, although it appears he's been rather busy since then! I genuinely didn't know he had made it into such high echelons.
