Hope we get Marine - they need taking down a peg or two!
Did anyone see their response to the disappointment that Spurs fans may not be allowed in? They are offering them a free ticket for one Marine game in 2021. Superb!

It would be impossible to accommodate them all but very few will bother.

None will bother. None are likely to go to Marine, either.Ralphy Rylance wrote: ↑Wed Dec 09, 2020 10:25 pmIt's like me offering my spare room to the entire population of Monaco.Sgreen1234 wrote: ↑Wed Dec 09, 2020 5:17 pm Hope we get Marine - they need taking down a peg or two!

At least it means the FA Cup thread is back to being relevant.

Re: FA Trophy draw
Anyway, I think it’s a good draw because if we can’t beat Guiseley and then can’t get past Hyde or Marine - 2 divisions below us - ,then a major change in the management, tactics , training ( the whole shebang) SHOULD be inevitable, despite the fact we lost to Marine in the friendly 2 weeks ago

Re: FA Trophy draw
I have been told that if Marine win against Hyde, there will almost certainly be crowds allowed at College Rd, but under FA guidance it should be home supporters only.

My next door neighbour is a Spurs season ticket holder, and is looking forward to his visit to the north west.Sgreen1234 wrote: ↑Wed Dec 09, 2020 5:17 pm Hope we get Marine - they need taking down a peg or two!

Have Marine clarified yet whether the offer includes their 4th round tie if they're drawn at home again......?

Two of our forwards went off injured today, and our on loan forward from Salford has returned to Salford.
Suspect we may struggle up front!
