Are any more signings likely?

Apart from the ‘trialist who shall not be named’, I’d heard rumours that another keeper was likely to be signed.

Has Tony Mac been officially announced yet?

An ex accy striker could be the next signing my thoughts are that George newell may not be around too long this season and the striker I'm thinking of looked like someone who played at marine on Tuesday night , just guessing .

I don’t think that TM’s signing has been announced. I believe that he is to be goalkeeping coach as well as cover for Hanford. The rumour I heard was that in addition to him a young keeper might be signed. Just a rumour.

I think young Watson's acquisition is most likely in the forthcoming days, in addition to potentially a versatile winger(?) and a young back up keeper.

Tony Mac was added to the squad listing on Official Site on Saturday together with Dylan and Jack B.

Great to sign a Southport lad in Jack.

Played for Birkdale United apparently.
But I'm sure he's a good lad!!!

Where has this assumption that I have seen repeated a few times come from? Is it because he's scored a few in pre-season and whilst on loan to a Northern D1 side? If you think how long Dion Charles and Devarn Green were here before they got a move, we should be looking at keeping Newell for at least a season - and even then he might not do enough to earn a move.

As they would say in Liam's neck of the woods, "the lad's done nottin yet."
