I believe there is a chance he may end up at Man City as Bravo is leaving and Raya qualifies as a Home Grown Player.

Oldham Athletic Managing Director Natalie Atkinson has left the club.
Sources close to the club have informed the Chronicle that Ms Atkinson, who joined the Boundary Park outfit in June, 2019, had been "relieved of her duties" in a surprise move by Latics owner Abdallah Lemsagam.

Owner has told her to DO ONE 😊
It won’t be long before she’s had more clubs than Jack Nicklaus.

Arsenal were allegedly about to offer £10,000,000 for David Raya. In today's news, however, they are after the Iceland 'keeper, so who knows?
